Introduction to the Department
Department of artificial intelligence and machine learning is starting w.e.f session 2021-22 with an intake capacity of 30 students. Department is equipped with all the required labs and equipment. Labs are containing high-speed servers and workstations, complete power back up and high-speed internet making a convenient learning environment for the students. The department is having well-qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty. The library facility provides all the books according to the syllabus, latest generals are available to gain maximum knowledge in this field

This specialization is designed to enable students to build intelligent machines (machines that can think), software or application with a cutting-edge combination of machine learning, analytics and neural networks.
“Intelligence is given by God to human beings so that they can think and make decisions in daily life situations” and Artificial intelligence is a human kind of intelligence present in a system so that the computer itself can take decisions in some situations. This intelligence in the computer systems is given by programs and algorithms designed by AI engineers eg. Robotics, and Gaming.
Machine learning is a part of artificial intelligence. It is used for the development of a computer system that is able to learn and adapt without following explicit instructions. It is commonly used to design Machines that analyze past data to predict customer behaviour, to create software that identifies the interests of online customers on various social networking or other online applications and provide advertisements to them.
