Orientation program conducted for the students of 1st semester(14-10-22)
An orientation program was conducted for newly admitted students of B.Tech 1st semester and 3rd semester in the seminar hall of the institute. The purpose of the program was to introduce about various functionalities of the institute including library,academic section, accounts and sports to the students . On the occasion, Dr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Principal JCDM College of Engineering welcomed all the students. He encouraged the students to stay focused in their complete journey of four years of studies to achieve their goal. He further shared that apart from studies, students will get lot of chances for their overall personality development through extra-curricular activities. He also encouraged them to have active participation in them. Dr. Silki Baghla, Coordinator Applied Science & Humanities presented a brief introduction about general rules and regulations of the institute and also introduced about heads of all the branches . Heads of all the branches, Sh. S.L. Saini (Deputy Registrar), Er. Shashi Sharma (Sports incharge), Er. Tarun Anand (Admission incharge), Mr. Amarjeet (Library incharge), Er. Ganga Singh (Cultural incharge) were present on the occasion.
