Team of 17 students participated in 16th Annual Athletic meet of JCD Vidyapeeth

16^th Annual Athletic meet of JCD Vidyapeeth organized in the main sports ground on 6^th and 7^th MARCH 2020. 17 students from all the branches of JCD M College of Engineering participated in various events as long Jump, 100 m, 200 meter, relay races, discus throw and javelin throw. On the basis of positions bagged by the students in the events, the team got 53 points and became 2^nd runner up among all the constituent colleges. Gurlal Singh, student of Mechanical Engineering 6^th sem was declared as “Best Athlete” of 16^th Annual Athletic Meet. It was a proud moment for all the students and faculty members of Engineering College. Dr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Principal JCDM College of Engineering congratulated all the winners as well as participants. The team participated under the guidance of Er. Tarun Anand, S[ports Incharge JCDMCOE.

• In Shot put (Men) 1st position was bagged by Navjot Singh of JCDM College of Engineering, the second position was assured by Amit of JCDM College of Engineering
• In Discus throw (Men), the second position was assured by Amit of JCDM College of Engineering
• In Javellin throw(Men) 1st position was bagged by Navjot Singh of JCDM College of Engineering, the second position was assured by Amit of JCDM College of Engineering
• In Tripple Jump (Men), 1st position was bagged by Gurlal of JCDM College of Engineering
• In 400 meter (Men), the second position was assured by Basant of JCDM College of Engineering
• in 3000 mtrs (Men) 2^nd position was assured by Yogesh (Engineering College)
• In Long jump (Men) 1^st position was bagged by Gurlal Singh of JCDM College of Engineering
• In 200 meters (Men) 3^rd place was secured by Gurlal of JCD College of Engineering.
• In 4×100 meter (Men) 1^st position was bagged by team of JCDM College of Engineering
• In 4×200 meter (Men) the second position was assured by team of JCD College of Engineering
• In 100 meters (Non-teaching) 1^st position was secured by Amarjeet of JCDM College of Engineering
